The open kitchen concept allows diners to watch their meals being prepared, adding an element of excitement to the dining experience.
My two friends and I sat at the chef's table, which allowed us to see right into the kitchen and enjoy the delectable aroma of the food being prepared. We immediately delved into the expansive cocktail menu, and I chose the “Palm Beach Problems” cocktail. This refreshing drink, made with Glendalough Rose Gin, fresh watermelon, grapefruit, and apple juices, rosemary, and ginger, was a perfect blend of flavors. Each sip brought a new, delicious taste, with all the ingredients complementing each other perfectly.
Their menu, inspired by diverse culinary influences from around the globe, utilizes fresh and often local ingredients, creating vibrant, new, and flavorful dishes. We began our culinary journey with the “Bang Bang Cauliflower,” a perfect option for those who are gluten-free. The cauliflower, with its caramelized, crunchy, and flavorful coating, was utterly mouthwatering—I couldn't get enough.
Another delectable appetizer we savored was the “Garlic Naan” served with a side of “Truffle Honey.” The truffle honey was a favorite among us; we found ourselves scraping the last bits from the bowl, eager to savor every drop. The naan itself was a must-try—fluffy, perfectly cooked, and utterly delightful.
Moving onto the main course, we decided to share the “Butter Chicken Masala,” a gluten-free dish accompanied by a side of white rice. The chicken was incredibly tender, enveloped in a rich, creamy sauce that was bursting with aromatic spices. Each bite was a harmonious blend of flavors, making it an unforgettable dish.
We also ordered the “Korean Bibimbap,” which was equally impressive. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, with the perfectly cooked vegetables, savory meat, and spicy gochujang sauce coming together to create a deliciously satisfying experience. The dish was vibrant and full of life, making every mouthful a delightful journey of taste.
Having fully devoured each dish, we found ourselves too full for dessert. Instead, we opted for the “Espresso Martini,” a sophisticated cocktail made with White Claw vodka, espresso, coffee liqueur, and topped with a vanilla-spiced macaron. This drink was the perfect finale to our meal, seamlessly tying everything together. The fresh espresso provided a delightful burst of energy, making it the ideal nightcap. The addition of the vanilla-spiced macaron added a touch of sweetness that balanced the rich coffee flavors beautifully, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.
Stage's menu boasts an array of incredible dishes, each crafted with care and creativity.
